We wish to thank you for sending a very professional crew to our home to perform the treatment to rid us of the aggressive Formosan termites. You should know that we obtained inspections and quotes from four (4) termite/pest control companies in Tampa. Your representative, Duke Covington, presented us with information about your company and the product, Termidor that convinced us to select Chet's. Also, your company was highly recommended to us by Dr. Sansoucie on Swann Ave. where our daughter works as a dental hygienist.
We knew we had made the best choice after Kenny and his helper arrived and commenced the work. The proceeded to dill and inject the product as described by Duke Covington, and were very neat in filling the holes inside and cleaning up any residue left from drilling, both inside and outside the house. Both Kenny and his co-worker worked straight through until the job was completed.

It is rare these days to find someone to come to your rescue' when you have a problem that has to be solved quickly. However, we found this no to be true with the personnel you employ, when we made a desperate call to your Tampa office. It was early in the morning when I discovered some wood deteriorating behind the stool in our master bathroom. When the paint gave way, I could see termites. We were leaving early that afternoon for Illinois for Christmas and this was not exactly a part of our schedule!
We had talked to Hal Whidden just a week or so before this happened when he was out to help our next door neighbor Karina Powell, with a similar problem in her bathroom. He had explained to us and a couple of our neighbors how the problem might possibly be avoided by installing a subterranean termite barrier around our homes. He was very informative and answered all of our questions very courteously and efficiently. We told him at that time that we would be contacting your company to have him out for an estimate, NEVER realizing that WE, too, were having some termites invading' our house!
Because it was early in the morning, I received a message stating that the office was closed, but to leave a message and my call would be returned as soon as the office opened. It wasn't long and I received a phone call from the gal in the office, She listened very patiently as I told her what was going on and then she said Hal Whidden was standing right there and that she would send him right out. When I told her that we were interested in the money back guaranteed termite service your company offers, she said that she would have the techs dispatched as soon as possible. This whole thing was completed by 10:00am that morning and we had not only seen Hal, but also Bonnie and another tech! What service!!!!

The list I promised is enclosed. I included are only members who are current. Your company's annual membership billing month is March due by the last of the month. However, we keep members for six month after their billing date in our computers and in active membership standing. After six months the companies are listed as non members in our system. As I told you in our phone conversation Chet's Pest Control has had 92 inquires about their company and 0 complaints. Companies like yours are what the Better Business Bureau stands for.
