On August 28, 1988, your service manager Duke Covington came out to our home in Tampa, FL 33604 to give us an estimate to have our home fumigated for drywood termites. We knew about your 100% money back guarantee if I were to get termites back within 1 year if the treatment date, and I felt confident contracting your company to take care of my termite problem.
On November 12, 1999, I had my home fumigated by your company. In June 2000 we discovered a suspicious area in the paneling of the front room and called your company back to investigate the problem. On June 9, 2000, your service manage Duke Covington again came to our home to take a look at the problem. During the investigation Mr. Covington found that we did have live drywood termites in that area and instructed us to call your office to schedule and have tenting done again and inquired about the money back guarantee.
On July 17, 2000 your company re-tented our home free of charge and on July 22, 2000 I picked up a check representing the amount we paid for the fumigation of our home.
We are very pleased to say that we received our money back within 1 week without having to threaten or harass your company to honor your claim of a money back guarantee. I will certainly tell friends and others about the honest, fair dealing we have had with your company and we hope to use your services again in the future if the need arises.

Too often now a day's people are prone to complain about poor service and yet forget to acknowledge good service. I am writing to you to thank you for the excellent service I recently received from your representative Hal Whidden.
Currently I am (unfortunately) under contract with Orkin who were refusing to honor their guarantee to re-tent, claiming they could not find any evidence of drywood termites, This not with standing a commitment I had received from one of their representatives last year that once my renovation program had been completed they would re-tent.
I called your company and Hal came by. I am so glad he did. Within minutes he found plenty of evidence which I was able to use to persuade Orkin to re-tent. It was amazing how quickly their representative gave his consent when he realized he had been called out.
Of course the re-tenting had to be at their convenience, which means I shall have to wait over two months for their team to appear.
All this means that I am now a completely dissatisfied client of Orkin, nut they have got my money so I have no room to maneuver.
Also, unfortunately this means I am unable to sign a contract with you until my existing one runs out. I would much rather be a client of Chet's than Orkin just based upon these initial dealings.
I made my situation clear to Hal but he still carried out a further inspection of the crawl space under my house to confirm whether or not I have a subterranean problem also. This was not a very pleasant task and I was amazed when he donned his protective coveralls and disappeared.
I cannot tell you how pleased and impressed I am by your company if you employ people like Hal. In our brief meetings he told me more about termites than I could ever have learned from anyone else and I now know what to look for- especially when it comes to selecting who I should be dealing with.
I will become one of your clients in due course and meanwhile I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and neighbors.
Incidentally, Hal did not ask me to write this letter to you and I am happy for you to use it to show prospective clients.

When it became apparent that I had a drywood termite infestation, I asked friends who they would recommend. Your name came up with positive comments. After getting several bids I chose your company. Your bid wasn't the lowest, but this wasn't about saving money. Your salesman was very professional and answered all my questions. The information he left with me answered other questions and made it easy for me to prepare for the tenting of the house. The tenting crew was on time and had the house tented in no time. They worked together as a team and were very organized. 24 hours later they returned and removed the tent without damaging anything. 24 hours after that, men came and cleared the house for occupancy. Just a not to let you know what an honest crew you have working for you. Not only where they friendly and efficient they where HONEST!!!
We recently had our home tented. Prior to the job being, we place all of our valuables in our safe. We safe kept our credit cards, check books, fine jewelry and of course guns, both antique and new. Mistakenly in our rush to leave the home we left the safe door wide opened, valuables exposed.
Suspecting this had been done we where unable to return to the home, so needless to say we where greatly concerned.

On February 12, 1999, Chet's Termite & Pest Control tented my house for drywood termites at 3112 W. Lambright in Tampa, FL 33614.
On May 13, 1999, we discovered new wings and asked for someone to come out and take a look. Live drywoods termites were found at the time of your inspection and we scheduled to have our home re-tented on August 19, 1999.

I would like to take a moment of your time to compliment a couple of your employees, Hal and Nicole Correa. Hal performed the initial inspection of our home, and was on time, and very personable and knowledgeable.
Being in the service business ourselves, we know how important good customer service is to the reputation of your company. Also, I was a certified customer service trainer for major hotel corporation, and Ms. Correa has rated an A+.
Ms. Correa came to my home today with the intention of treating my home for carpenter ants. Ms.Correa performed a brief inspection of the area, and found evidence of termite damage. Ms. Correa took the initiative to inspect my home completely, and went to the effort to go up onto the roof to check for damages.
After performing her inspection, Ms. Correa then explained thoroughly the process involved in the tenting treatment needed for our home, and gave us a very competitive estimate for these services.
